The First Day

Please bring a laptop or device so you can access electronic resources during the day

The first lecture will begin at 9am on Tuesday 1st September 2026 in Percy Gee Building Room 220 (PG220) on main campus.

Please aim to arrive and be seated by 8.50. Tutors will be in the foyer of the building from 8:45am to welcome you and guide you to the room. At 9am, there will be an introduction and overview of the course.

If you are travelling by car there is pay and display parking at Victoria Park and there is some on road pay and display parking on University Road and Princess Road East. There is also the Freemans Common Multi-storey Car Park on Putney Road (6-9 hours £8).

Please ensure you bring ID with you for your in person registration. Please note that driving licences cannot be accepted as ID for these checks.

Outline of the first week

The teaching on the course is made up of Professional and Academic Studies and Subject Studies.

The Professional and Academic studies sessions are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays in the first three weeks and Subjects studies will be on Fridays.

Days start at 9am and finish at 4pm
